Round dripper irrigation pipe production line and drip mould sent to Iran by today.

The feature of this production line is as followed.

1.       Used for identification and inserting Φ12-16-20mm dripper in high speed.

Inserting speed is 500pcs/min. Distance of dripper is 100mm-1500mm.

2.       Automatic punching speed is as high as 500 pcs drilling /min. Can be used for drilling double drip holes, four drip holes.

3.       Realized full automation for pipe coiling, cutting, roll changing, metering. Machinery speed is <=150 m/min. Winding speed and roll volume controlled by PLC touch screen.

Beside, scraps absorbing device is optional per customer’s requirement. That will help to clean the punching scraps full automatically in high speed.
