Full auto Dripper feeding & buffer unit
The Full Auto Dripper Feeding & Buffer Unit is designed for automatic dripper screening, orientation identification, feeding and temporary storage in drip irrigation pipe and tape production lines. It automatically identifies the orientation of randomly supplied drippers, guides correctly positioned drippers into the feeding track, and provides a continuous supply to the downstream production process.
The system is available in different configurations according to dripper type, production speed and feeding requirements.
Three Automatic Dripper Screening Configurations
1. Dual-set Automatic Screening and Identification Device
Screening and feeding capacity: up to 4,500 drippers/min
Two automatic screening and identification units work together for high-speed dripper feeding.
Suitable for high-speed drip irrigation pipe and tape production lines.
Equipped with a dripper buffer storage device for continuous feeding.
2. Single-set Automatic Screening and Identification Device
Screening and feeding capacity: up to 2,500 drippers/min
A single automatic screening and identification unit automatically recognizes dripper orientation and feeds correctly positioned drippers.
Equipped with a dripper storage device to maintain continuous material supply.
3. Large-Model Dripper Screening Device
Screening and feeding capacity: up to 2,500 drippers/min
Designed for larger dripper applications and corresponding feeding requirements.
Automatically screens and identifies dripper orientation before feeding.
Equipped with a dripper storage device for stable and continuous supply.
Automatic Dripper Screening & Identification
Randomly placed drippers enter the screening and identification chamber. A high-speed rotating centrifugal disc separates and guides the drippers, allowing the system to identify their orientation and direct correctly positioned drippers into the designated feeding track.
The automatic feeding system helps reduce manual sorting and provides a more consistent dripper supply for high-speed production.
Dripper Buffer Storage and Supply
The dripper buffer storage device provides temporary storage of screened drippers and maintains a continuous supply to the production line.
When the screening and identification device is being adjusted or temporarily interrupted, the buffer and supply mechanism can quickly replenish drippers along the preset feeding track. This helps maintain a stable downstream dripper supply and reduces interruptions caused by short-term feeding adjustments.
