The Drip Tape & Pipe Winding Machine is downstream equipment for drip irrigation tape and drip irrigation pipe production lines. Both automatic and semi-automatic winding solutions are available for different production requirements.
The automatic systems can perform winding, line arranging, meter counting, cutting, roll changing and unloading. For drip pipe, an automatic online packaging system is also available as an optional function.

Automatic Drip Tape Winder
The automatic drip tape winder is designed for continuous high-speed winding after drip tape extrusion. According to the preset winding length, it can automatically complete line arranging, winding, meter counting, cutting, roll changing and unloading.
The system adopts double-station winding with servo motor drive. An automatic line arranger controlled by a servo motor helps maintain an orderly winding arrangement. PLC and HMI digital control are used for winding operation and parameter setting.

Semi-Automatic Drip Tape Winder
The semi-automatic drip tape winder is suitable for production lines where part of the winding and roll-handling process is performed manually. The configuration can be selected according to the required tape specification, winding length and production process.
Automatic Drip Pipe Coiler
The automatic drip pipe coiler is designed for continuous winding of drip irrigation pipe. It can automatically complete winding, line arranging, meter counting, cutting, roll changing and unloading.
The system uses double-station winding with torque motor control and an automatic line arranger. A storage device in the corresponding B/C configuration temporarily stores the pipe during roll changing, helping prevent the pipe from falling onto the floor.
The listed speed is 100 m/min without automatic online packaging and 120 m/min with automatic online packaging.
Online packaging is available as an optional function.
Semi-Automatic Drip Pipe Winder
The semi-automatic drip pipe winding solution is intended for production lines where full automatic winding and roll handling are not required. The configuration can be matched to the pipe specification, roll length and production requirements.
