Product Description:

PVB/SGP glass intermediate film production line is divided into over roll method and water method two process routes, our company is proficient in the two process production process, combined with international advanced technology, can provide the overall turnkey project. The unique screw design maximizes unit production capacity while ensuring product quality. A full set of Siemens PLC control high degree of automation, with a number of automotive glass and building glass production experience.

Currently, there are two main production processes for PVB interlayer film: the Roller Method and the Water Bath Method. The Roller Method uses two or three rollers (including polished rollers and patterned rollers) to produce the film via casting. This method offers lower investment, relatively mature technology, and easier equipment operation. The Water Bath Method is widely considered to produce film with better whiteness and more uniform patterning. This process uses a water tank for cooling and setting, bypassing rollers. It then proceeds through water removal, thickness measurement, oven drying, cooling, release film lamination, pulling, and finally winding.

Product Features:

1. Water Tank Design: The size and quantity of water tanks are directly related to the production line's speed and output. Ensuring uniform water tank temperature and stable water circulation without fluctuations is paramount.

2. Air Volume and Air Knife Design: Excess moisture for extended periods can adversely affect film quality. The common standard now is four air knives, which is sufficient. The key lies in the design, selection, and positioning of these air knives.

3. Oven Heating and Cooling: To increase output and ensure high-speed production, our company offers unique insights and designs for the oven, heating, and cooling sections. The oven serves to remove excess moisture from the film and, more importantly, relieves internal stresses. Thoroughly eliminating internal stress effectively prevents thermal shrinkage of the film during high-temperature lamination with glass and allows for better control of the variable heat deformation.

4. Electrical Control: As a high-end application product, the film must meet stringent requirements for various indicators. Only highly intelligent automated control can meet the demands for such high-quality products. Among these, pressure self-regulation in the extruder and tension control during winding are particularly crucial.
