Xindacheng's High-Speed Drip Irrigation Tape Production Line is designed for fully automated production of thin-wall drip irrigation tape with internally inserted flat drippers. The line integrates extrusion, dripper feeding and insertion, accumulation, punching, online inspection and automatic winding into one continuous production system.
It supports drip tape diameters of Φ12–20 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.12 mm, with line speeds of up to 450 m/min under specified production conditions. The equipment is designed to improve production efficiency, reduce material consumption and maintain consistent dripper insertion and punching quality.

The line is designed for high-speed production of thin-wall drip irrigation tape. Production speed can reach up to 450 m/min, depending on tape specifications and dripper spacing.

High-Speed Dripper Feeding & Insertion
The production line is equipped with dual dripper feeding units, with a feeding capacity of up to 4,500 pcs/min.
A dripper buffer system helps maintain continuous operation during temporary feeding interruptions. The automatic insertion unit provides stable dripper positioning for high-speed production.
Servo Extrusion System
The extrusion unit adopts a servo direct-drive system to improve transmission efficiency and help reduce power consumption.
The extrusion die head and calibration system are designed for thin-wall drip tape production, with adjustable control of tape wall thickness according to product requirements.
Automatic Punching & Online Inspection
The line can be equipped with four automatic punching units, with punching speeds of up to 4,000 times/min.
An online imaging and monitoring system checks the punching condition during production. When an abnormal punching condition is detected, the PLC system can provide an automatic alarm, helping operators identify and correct production problems promptly.
Lightweight Thin-Wall Drip Tape
Under specified product configurations, ZEANON thin-wall drip irrigation tape can achieve a weight of less than 7 g/m.
The lightweight design helps reduce raw material consumption while maintaining the required tape structure for efficient irrigation applications.
Automatic Winding System
The accumulator works together with the automatic winder to support continuous production and stable material handling during roll changes.
The PLC-controlled winding system can perform metering, cutting, roll changing and winding, reducing manual operations at the final production stage.

Main Equipment
Dripper Feeding & Insertion
The dual feeding system automatically supplies flat drippers to the insertion unit. The buffer device helps maintain stable production when temporary dripper feeding interruptions occur.
Extrusion & Calibration
The servo-driven extruder provides stable material extrusion for thin-wall drip tape. The die head and calibration section allow adjustment of the tape wall thickness according to the required product specification.
Punching & Inspection
The automatic punching system creates water outlets at the required positions. The online imaging system monitors punching results and provides an alarm when an abnormal condition is detected.
Accumulator & Automatic Winder
The accumulator stores a controlled amount of drip tape between production and winding stages, helping maintain continuous operation. The automatic winder completes length metering, cutting, roll changing and winding.
Applications
The drip irrigation tape produced by this line is suitable for agricultural water-saving irrigation, including open-field crops, greenhouse cultivation and other applications requiring controlled and uniform water distribution.
