Unwinding Device
The unwinding device is controlled by a tension control system and an automatic deviation correction system to ensure that the material is unwound at a uniform speed without deviation.
The automatic deviation correction device uses a servo motor and a grating controller to automatically correct the deviation of the water hose. Motor power: 0.75Kw
Internal Inlaid welding device
Vibration disc automatic feeding machine: Place the connector into the vibration disc, and the vibration disc will automatically discharge the connector.

Hose Storage Device:
The storage device is used to ensure the continuity of the subsequent welding process and is used to store the Polyethylene Laminated Woven Fabric that has been equipped with prefabricated components.
Adhesive Strip Mid-Seam Welding Device:
The adhesive strip is adhered to the water hose by means of heating and pressing. Through the welding device, the water hose and the adhesive strip are fused together, thereby forming a water hose that is firm and resistant to leakage.
Hose Welding Device:
The water hose is welded using the hot-melt welding technique. The flat hose with pre-installed components is heat-sealed to form a cylindrical water hose.
Dual-Station Winding Device:
Roll up the welded composite water hose into a coil. Use the metering device to measure the length. Manually change the coil to facilitate packaging of the product. Power: 2 * 1.5 Kw.
PLC Control System and Electrical Cabinet:
The production line can not only be linked together but also each of the multiple units can be independently controlled and monitored through PLC human-machine interface.
