Product Description
Xindacheng's Pre-Welded Outlet Flexible Pipe Production Line is designed for continuous production of flexible irrigation hoses with internally embedded, pre-welded water outlets. The line integrates unwinding, punching, outlet feeding, welding, hose forming, metering and winding into one automated production system.
The production line supports laser welding or ultrasonic welding and features a modular configuration for different product requirements. Its patented outlet structure combines welding and threaded fixation, providing stable outlet installation, reliable sealing and convenient connection for agricultural irrigation systems.
Key Features
Internally Embedded Pre-Welded Outlet
The water outlet is installed inside the composite hose and secured through welding and threaded fixation. This structure helps improve connection stability and reduce the risk of outlet displacement and leakage during use.
Laser or Ultrasonic Welding
Two welding methods are available according to the product structure and production requirements:

Ultrasonic welding
This provides flexibility for manufacturers producing different types of pre-welded outlet irrigation hoses.
Standardized Threaded Connection
The internally embedded outlet uses a standardized threaded interface compatible with commonly used irrigation fittings. The integrated connection simplifies installation and helps reduce labor and connection time in the field.
Composite Hose Structure
The production line uses polyethylene laminated woven fabric to manufacture a flexible composite hose. The white outer layer and black inner layer help reduce heat absorption inside the hose, making the finished product suitable for agricultural irrigation applications.
Automated Continuous Production
The production line integrates multiple processes into a continuous workflow, reducing manual handling between individual production stages and improving production consistency.
Production Process
The complete production process includes:
Unwinding → Deviation Correction → Punching → Outlet Feeding → Outlet Welding → Storage → Mid-Seam Welding → Hose Forming → Metering → Winding
The integrated design allows the main production units to work together while individual units can also be independently controlled when required.
Main Components
Unwinding Device
The unwinding device uses tension control and automatic deviation correction to maintain stable material feeding.
The deviation correction system uses a servo motor and grating controller to automatically adjust the position of the hose material.

Internally Embedded Outlet Welding Device
This section completes hole punching, outlet feeding and outlet welding.
The vibration-disc feeder automatically supplies the threaded outlets to the welding position, while the rotary punching device creates the required holes in the hose.
Welding Method: Laser welding or ultrasonic welding
Traction: 750 W servo motor
Hose Storage Device
The storage device temporarily stores the polyethylene laminated woven fabric after outlet installation. It helps maintain continuous material supply between the outlet welding and downstream hose-forming processes.
Adhesive Strip Mid-Seam Welding Device
The adhesive strip is heated and pressed onto the hose material. The welding process bonds the strip and hose together to form a stable and leak-resistant seam.
Hose Forming & Welding Device
The flat composite hose with pre-installed outlets is formed into a cylindrical hose through hot-melt heat sealing. This process creates the final flexible hose structure.
Dual-Station Winding Device
The finished hose is continuously wound into coils for packaging and transportation.
The winding device includes length metering and dual-station winding, helping improve winding efficiency and simplify roll replacement.
Motor Power: 1.5 kW
PLC Control System
The production line is equipped with a PLC and HMI control system for centralized operation and monitoring.
The individual production units can also be controlled separately, making equipment adjustment, operation and maintenance more convenient.
Patented Outlet Structure
Conventional Structure
Conventional pre-welded outlet products may rely mainly on a single welding connection. Long-term operation can increase the risk of connection loosening, leakage or outlet detachment.

Xindacheng uses a welding + threaded fixation structure for the internally embedded water outlet.
The dual-fixation design provides additional mechanical support to the welded connection and helps improve sealing and connection stability.
