Product description：
Xindacheng's PET Strap Production Line is designed for the continuous production of high-strength PET packaging straps for industrial and commercial applications. The line integrates raw material processing, extrusion, crystallization and drying, stretching, embossing, sizing and automatic winding into a complete production system.
The production line can be configured for different strap widths, thicknesses and output requirements, with options for single, double, four, six or eight-strand production. It can also be configured to process recycled PET material, helping manufacturers reduce material costs while producing consistent-quality PET straps.
PET Strap Production Process
Raw Material Preparation → Crystallization & Drying → Extrusion → Filtration → Stretching → Embossing → Sizing → Cooling → Servo Winding
The integrated process allows each section to work continuously under centralized PLC control, reducing manual intervention and supporting stable production.
Key Features
High-Efficiency PET Extrusion
The extrusion system is specially designed for PET strap production and can be configured with a single-screw or twin-screw extruder according to the material and production requirements.
The crystallization and drying system provides stable material preparation before extrusion. The line can also be configured to use a high proportion of recycled PET, depending on the required strap quality and application.
Continuous Automatic Screen Changer
The filtration system uses a continuous back-flush screen changer for stable melt filtration during production.
Its automatic self-cleaning design allows screen changes without stopping the production line, helping maintain continuous operation and consistent strap quality.
Controlled Stretching & Orientation
The specially designed hot-air stretching oven provides controlled heating during the stretching process.
Automatic temperature control and thermal insulation help achieve stable heating and uniform molecular orientation, which are important for producing PET straps with consistent mechanical properties.
Hydraulic Embossing System
The embossing unit uses hydraulic control to accurately adjust embossing pressure and roller position.
Different embossing roller patterns can be customized according to the customer's PET strap design and packaging requirements. A synchronous control system helps maintain stable embossing during continuous production.
Precision Sizing
The sizing oven stabilizes the strap after orientation and helps reduce dimensional changes caused by residual internal stress.
This process improves strap forming accuracy and supports stable dimensions during subsequent winding and packaging operations.
Automatic Servo Winding
The winding section can be equipped with single-position or double-position servo winders.
The PLC-controlled system automatically manages winding tension, while servo motors control winding displacement and traverse distance. Up to eight automatic winding units can operate simultaneously for multi-strand PET strap production.
The winding system is designed to reduce strap bending and produce uniform rolls suitable for automatic packaging applications.
